Wilstone is a small village about two miles north of Tring in Hertfordshire.
We, at St. Cross Wilstone, together with our friends at St. Mary's Puttenham and All Saints' Long Marston form the 'Vale' group of churches within the Tring Team Ministry whose Rector is The Reverend Huw Bellis. Tring is a parish in The Diocese of St. Albans
The Church is in the centre of the village, opposite the shop and the old forge (now a private residence) and within sight of the ‘Half Moon’
Our worship is a mixture of old and modern, with one service per month based on the Church of England's 'Common Worship' (CW)and one taken from the 'Book of Common Prayer' (BCP). The pattern is as shown below but there is normally a full list of services around the team posted on the small notice board by the gate.
| First Sunday in each Month | 6.30 p.m. Book of Common Prayer Evensong (Normally with music) |
| Second Sunday in each Month |
NO SERVICE |
| Third Sunday in each Month | 10.0 a.m. Holy Communion, based on Common Worship (Normally with music) |
| Fourth Sunday in each Month | NO SERVICE |
| Fifth Sunday in each Month | On fifth Sundays there will normally be a Common Worship Communion at 10.0 a.m. at St. Peter and St. Paul's Church Tring plus a service at one of the village churches But it is probably advisable to contact one of the churchwardens in order to be sure where and at what time the service will be. |
